St Petersburg Russia - Part 4

It is 19 km from our hotel on the Fontanka Embankment to the Polkovo airport. We passed the impressive 12 column Moscow Triumphal Gate. It was erected in memory of Russian victories in wars with Persia and Turkey in the 1820s.
